CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life happens!
Please call the salon as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We understand schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled, rescheduled within 24 hours, or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. If you do not have a credit card on file, we will call to collect the payment. We ask if you have an extenuating circumstance, you give us a call so we can adjust the fee. We greatly appreciate your support and understanding.

REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds for salon services.
However, please notify a salon coordinator within five days of your service if you have any questions or concerns about the service(s) you have received in the salon. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service; adjustments are made available to you at no cost within two weeks of the initial service. Our goal is for every client to leave happy; we ask that you allow us the opportunity to correct what you are not happy with.

Lash Extensions and Brazilian Waxing:
Upon scheduling, new clients will be asked to place a non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. Deposits will be applied to the total bill. Rescheduling an appointment to a different time on the same day? No big deal. Rescheduling an appointment once? We understand things happen, and sometimes you cannot keep an appointment. The deposit will still apply. You must reschedule 24+ hours before the appointment time to keep your deposit.
Brazilian waxing requires a $50 deposit upon booking
Lash extensions require a $100 deposit upon booking
These refunds are non-refundable and will pay our stylists for their time; we appreciate your understanding of the policy.

Wedding Deposit Policy
Wedding deposits are $25 per service. Wedding deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the scheduled service. Deposits are applied as a lump sum towards services (in-salon or on-location) or can be divided between services if clients pay separately (in-salon only).
